Requirements
Please read the following guidelines as they are mandatory for boat rental in Lake of the Ozarks.
Age Requirement
We provide a boat safety orientation about how to drive safely on the water however you must be at least 25 years old to drive one of our boats. We will verify your identification. There are no exceptions.
Boater Safety Certification
Do you need one? Our state requires anyone that was born January 1, 1984 and after are required to obtain a boaters education card.
Boat Rental Operator & Safety Agreement/Waiver
Every person that will be riding in the vessel is required to sign our waiver of liability. Parent/Guardian to sign for children.

Anyone that plans to operate the vessel or ride the vessel is required to have a good time! THIS IS MANDATORY!
